Red Hoffman Hmmmm…so it’s over?? Not seeing what the purpose was for this entire day event. They would ask questions, Hillary would lie. The democrat members all asked their questions dripping with pity and being nice while the GOP members asked pointed questions and kept her from rambling on to waste time. I cannot believe that a Secretary of State gets called on the carpet to testify about the negligence of the U.S. Department of State during her tenure and still believes she can successfully run for President. I predict her stepping down from her campaign by Christmas.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Hillary Clinton just went into a coughing spell and everyone got so concerned. “Need a drink? Do you want to take 60 seconds?” Goodness she is still coughing. I am not sure she may be healthy enough to continue her lies.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman The Liberals on the Committee are getting antsy….asking how long do they plan on going tonight. Hahaha….When I was in the military…as well as a Department of Defense employee….we worked until the job got done. Damn desk jockey’s in this government are pussies.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Oh shit…Hillary is playing the pity card. “Oh….I have been sooo mistreated. I have done nothing wrong. I have been honest and feel such a sense of loss over what happened in Benghazi. Boo hoo hoo.’ – Hillary Clinton

Red Hoffman Westmoreland just gave up. Tired of Hillary ‘hemming and hawing.’ I don’t blame the guy.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Hillary Clinton talks way too much and I believe her goal is to use as much time as she can blabbing, in an effort to minimize the number of questions each member might ask. I think this could go on for a few days.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Congressman Jordan is hammering Mr. Smith for not being involved enough to have the position he has on this matter. Jordan gets my applause.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Congressman Adam Smith is kissing Hillary’s ass so hard, it is disgusting. Chastising the members who are asking the hard questions. The people of Washington State should take note….this guy is a waste of oxygen.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Congresswoman Roby is a hard charger. I like how she keepsHillary Clinton from running her mouth which uses up the committee members time. She also has Hillary squirming like a bad boy at the Principal’s office.

Red Hoffman I wonder if Hillary will remember that she is vying for the Democrat candidacy for POTUS.

Red Hoffman This woman is all about the ass kissing. “We appreciate your patience Ms. Secretary; I apologize for my Republican colleagues Ms. Secretary; Can I offer you a foot rub, Ms. Secretary.” For Christ Sake….get to your question, you ass kiss.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Well…I might have been a little hasty….Congresswoman Brooks caught Hillary Clinton by the short hairs. Made her squirm and stutter. Indiana you should STILL be proud.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman This woman is probably the most unbiased member of the committee. She is not yelling at Hillary Clinton and she isn’t kissing her ass either. I like this woman. Indiana should be proud.

Red Hoffman Oh my…Roskam has Hillary Clinton squirming even MORE!!

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman These two clowns on YahooTV who are discussing this hearing during the breaks are also very full of shit. They are trying to make this sound likeHillary Clinton is smelling like a rose. I see a thorough bitch slapping taking place.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman 10 minute break. Hillary needs to compose herself…hehehe

Red Hoffman Congressman Jordan is really tightening the screws. Hillary is squirming horribly. Stuttering, too.

Red Hoffman This guy is definitely a Hillary Clinton cheerleader. Why couldn’t this committee remain unbiased and just ask pertinent questions?? The Democrats on this panel are strictly there for damage control.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman I do believe this guy wants to get to the bottom of Hillary Clinton‘s negligence. I am sure she does not have this guy’s vote.

Red Hoffman Hillary keeps talking about Tunis, Tunisia. I am not sure how that is connected to the Benghazi fiasco.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Cummings is doing all but actually telling Hillary Clinton how to answer the question in the way he is asking them. Bias little asshat. Ask the question without ‘hinting’ the ‘PC acceptable’ answer she should give. Douchebag.

Red Hoffman
Red Hoffman Oh shit…..time for Cummings. What a dumb ass. Loudly arguing with the Committee Chairman. During the break I am sure he took Hillary Clintonaside and licked her ass.

Red Hoffman This guy is just a biased member of the media. Never caught his name, but he is definitely arguing on Hillary Clinton‘s behalf.

Red Hoffman Roskam asking tough question. Watching Hillary squirming as I type this.

Red Hoffman Congressman Duckworth seems very unbiased in her questioning. Not catering to Hillary Clinton‘s agenda like Cummings. Good questions.

Red Hoffman THIS guy is an absolute boob. You can sure tell who on the Benghazi Committee will/wont be voting for.

My Letter To Walmart – September 2015

I swear, I am getting slowly but surely fed up with the job my wife has had to deal with at Walmart.  She has given them 3 years of loyal employment, sometimes working over 40 hours in a work week, but averaging 36 hours per week while actually being on the job up to 6 days per week.  Did I mention this was a PART TIME job?  The following is an inquiry I made to Walmart on her behalf. Since it was very hard to find a correct place to send such an inquiry, I sent my message to the team that handles requests for information from members of the media (my blog being the form of media).

There were space limitations for how many words/characters I could type, so the email I drafted had to be paraphrased to meet the space limitations.  Here is what I sent and the original email:

(Paraphrased for room constraints on Walmart website):

I submit this to you with a question:  Why is it my wife is not afforded the benefits given a full time employee when you are having her work up to 40 hours per week on a weekly basis that you control?  She has not complained, she is not that way.

My spouse hired on with Walmart as a part time employee. Her goal was to work 3 to 4 days a week, no more than 30 hours per week. However, she has been working up to 6 days a week, from 6-8 hours per day & her hours worked total for every week has been 36-40 hours.  She has been with this company for over three years and is still only making $9 per hour.  She is afraid of trying to work less, for fear of being fired.  She has been subject to performing many tasks outside of her job description (scrubbing toilets, stocking shelves, sweeping floors, etc) and in one instance, faced a person who robbed her and the police were not even involved in asking her any questions. Additional pay would be nice, but if you are going to work someone a full time schedule, then they should be treated as a full time employee.

This was a response to the US Dept of Labor on a survey about the minimum wage & defining full time vs part time employment.

What I actually WANTED to send to Walmart:
I submitted this response to the United States Department of Labor on a survey about the minimum wage and defining full time vs part time employment.
I submit this to you with a question:  Why is it my wife is not afforded the benefits given a full time employee when you are having her work 40 hours per week on a weekly basis that you control?  She has not complained, because that is not the way she is, but I see the toll this ‘part time’ job is having on her.
She is very liked at work, and she really likes her job, so I present this response to you, for your thoughts:
I do support the raising of minimum wage.  However, I think Congress or State lawmakers should look into the definition of full vs part time.  Reason? Because my spouse hired on with a HUGE company (Walmart) as a part time employee. Her goal was to work 3 to 4 days a week, no more than 30 hours per week. However, she has been working up to 6 days a week, from 6-8 hours per day and her hours worked total for every week has been 39-40 hours.  She has been with this company for over three years and is still only making $9 per hour.  She is afraid of trying to work less, for fear of being fired.  She has asked to be considered for full time and be given the benefits afforded a full time worker, but she has been told that her position (cashier) is not a full time position.

Fulltime employment is employment in which a person works a minimum number of hours defined as such by his/her employer. Fulltime employment often comes with benefits that are not typically offered to part-time, temporary, or flexible workers, such as annual leave, sickleave, and health insurance.
